1: The price you agree to must stay the same for the entire length of your project. Please notify us in advance if there will changes to pricing. Any increase in price may lead to a pause of project.
2: We cannot promise specific rankings or a set number of reviews once your project begins. If testers are not satisfied with your product, they typically won’t leave a review but will provide constructive feedback to help you improve.
3. We cannot guarantee the exact number of products that will be distributed during your promotion. The actual number may be higher or lower than what’s outlined in the final invoice. If we distribute more units than agreed, you will not incur any additional charges. Conversely, if we distribute fewer units, you will receive a credit for the undelivered items.
4: If one of our testers returns your product, please send us a screenshot from Seller Central, and we will reimburse you for the service fee. We go through extensive onboarding of our product testers. If these situations do occur, we will remove the testers from our network to prevent future issues.
5: Once payment is made to our company account, refunds will not be issued. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you forfeit the right to a full refund. We will commence your project immediately upon receipt of your payment.
